Refund policy
I really hope that you will be pleased with your items, whether they be custom made, ready to fly or preloved. However, if you are not entirely happy, please contact me to give me the opportunity to resolve any issues. Please send an email to flyakiteclothing@hotmail.com
Refunds can be requested within 14 days of delivery so long as they have not been washed or worn. Once we receive the items back (no later than 30 days from point of delivery) then you will be refunded the cost of the item only (P&P amount not included). If items are not returned in their original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Should your package arrive damaged in any way, please get in touch as soon as possible with a picture.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on the following:
– Custom/ personalised items
– Intimate items (pants/ hair accessories)
– Sale items
– Gift cards
